I was born into a polygamous family where my father was married to two beautiful women, my mum was actually the first wife but I was the only one she had as her child.
So, years later my dad had to take in another woman as a wife, making it a second person to my mum.
My dad was doing well in life, and my mum and I were actually enjoying his wealth not until he brought in Lady D, as his second wife.
The unforseen circumstances started a year later she was brought into our house, my mum because of poor treatment died a year after and I was all left alone because my father’s interest wasn’t longer in me as his son.
It was so bad to the point that, he sent me out of the house, I was on exile to be plain! There was nothing to feed OR who to look up to except God almighty.
My hope in life was almost shattered, because life wasn’t worth living anymore. I gathered courage as a man and moved on with my life.
I went and lived in a very strange land where I had no one as relative, so I chose to survive on my own way.
I met with a man, where I resided and told him to help me with a rented bike because it was the only means of survival there.
I turned to be an OKADA RIDER at the age of 18, this was because I was focused in life and was determined to be a known and popular person like my father or more than him. So I drove my passion rightly by chosing that path.
After riding the bike for numbers of years, I lated realized I was 24 years of age, (growing old I guess) so I kept on wondering when I will be able to achieve my goal in life, seeing that I was unable to save good amount of money to help me register for The joint admission and matriculation board (Jamb).
I cried for help but who will hear me?
Life was becoming unbearable and the friends I grew up with, started making scorn of me and it was as if I meant nothing to my father because he didn’t even care to know my whereabouts.
Luckily, one day I ran into a car parked in a bush on the route I was riding through, so something in me told to stop and check inside the car, I had to obey my spirit and stopped.
Going close to the car, I met this man who was an asthmatic patient , he was helpless and almost dieing, so I decided to park my bike and give him an helping hand by rushing him to the hospital.
Getting to the hospital that afternoon, I realized he was a senior staff at “Mobile” so he was quickly attended to and every necessary medication was administered on him, so I left the hospital and continued with my day hustling.
The next morning, I had to go see him in the hospital, all thanks to God that getting to the hospital that morning he was already up and sited, so I greeted him and the doctor who came attending to him that Morning was the same doctor I met when I brought him to the hospital.
So, he introduced me to him as “His Life Saver”
The man was amazed and couldn’t thank me enough. I was very happy that someone appreciated me at least for the first time, so I turned and smile, responding with smiles on my face “YOU’RE WELCOME SIR”.
He noticed the smile and asked me to wait a bit, that his secretary is coming to the hospital that morning, I accepted and waited patiently.
I sat for a while before the secretary arrived and he ordered him to take my contact, my name and all of my profile. Inside of me, I was kind of expecting MONEY from the man not the other way round.
But _____ the case was different, so I left the hospital that morning and continued with my hustling again.
I kept on with my life, few months passed and I didn’t hear any call or SMS, untill one day!
A call entered my phone, it rang twice before I picked, it was a strange number and a foreign number. So I picked and observed first, I heard a man voice saying “Hello! Are you” so I responded, Yes.
He directed me to meet him at a particular location the coming week, that he is currently at Spanish country. I kept to his command and that was how my story changed from worse to great.
______________________________ God’s silence in your life is not that he is not seeing or hearing your plight, He is thinking about you even when you think there is no way again for you, he never sleeps nor slumber.
When you face it hard in life take courage from Isaiah 61:4-7!
“And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
“And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
“But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
